Shift Leader

Overview Einstein Bros. Bagels has been baking bagels fresh daily since 1995. We aim to deliver a great guest experience while fostering a supportive team environment. Responsibilities Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and ensure outstanding guest service. Set the morale and tone of the team, providing guidance and coaching as needed. Open and close the store with minimal supervision. Ensure the quality of food and beverages served to guests. Maintain a safe and clean store environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years or older. Able to work varied hours, including early shifts (as early as 3am) and weekends. Must pass a background check as required by local, state, and federal law. Must possess or obtain a ServSafe Certification prior to completing leadership training. Possession of a valid state‑issued driver’s license is preferred and required at specific locations. Tip eligibility subject to state regulations. Benefits Flexible schedule. Paid time off after 90 days of employment. No evening or night shifts; stores close at 2pm. Competitive hourly pay ($14.57–$21.86 per hour, ranging with experience). Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations. Cash and credit‑card tip opportunities. Compensation Hourly Rate: $14.57 – $21.86 per hour. Physical Demands Requires sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently throughout the shift.
