Tonganoxie Terrace is actively hiring a Dietary Manager to oversee nutrition services, food quality, and regulatory compliance. The Dietary Manager ensures residents receive safe, nutritious meals while leading daily kitchen operations and supporting an exceptional dining experience. As a Dietary Manager, you will supervise dietary staff, manage kitchen operations, and ensure compliance with all food service regulations.

Compensation: $62 000 - $72 000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee dietary services as the Dietary Manager

• Ensure compliance with nutrition, sanitation, infection control, and food safety regulations

• Manage menus, inventory, purchasing, and food ordering

• Supervise, schedule, and support dietary staff

• Monitor food quality and resident satisfaction

• Prepare for surveys, audits, and inspections while maintaining regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred

• Previous dietary management or food service leadership experience preferred

• Knowledge of nutrition, food safety, and sanitation standards

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
