Civil Site Engineer – Northern Virginia

We're seeking a Civil Site Engineer to join a growing engineering team in Northern Virginia . This is an excellent opportunity for engineers with 2–20 years of experience who are passionate about land development and site design. You'll work on a variety of commercial, residential, mixed-use, and municipal projects from concept through construction.

Responsibilities:

Prepare site development plans, grading, drainage, utility, and erosion & sediment control designs.
Perform site layout, stormwater management, and utility design using Civil 3D.
Coordinate with project managers, clients, and regulatory agencies.
Prepare engineering calculations, reports, and permit applications.
Assist with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
Support construction administration and respond to field-related questions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects.

Qualifications:

2–20 years of civil engineering experience, preferably in land development.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Knowledge of grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater design.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
EIT or PE license preferred, but not required.
