Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Overview Eskridge Care Center in Eskridge, KS is looking to hire a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Responsibilities This rehabilitation nursing position works 12 hour shifts 6 pm to 6 am. 3 day weekends every other weekend. Never work more than 3 days in a row. Provide total care for residents, monitor condition and needs, follow physician orders to administer medications and treatments, ensure narcotic policies are followed, monitor for side effects, and report changes. Oversee nursing assistant staff to ensure care plans are followed. Complete documentation, admit and discharge residents, report bruises, skin tears, or neglect, maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance, uphold facility policies and procedures.
