OPEN POSITION:

Position: Office Assistant

Department: Therapy Services

Location: Aspire Outpatient Therapy Locations (Cass City and Caro)

Hours: Casual

Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking an Office Assistant for our rehab department. We are looking for people with a great attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals, who are constantly striving to provide the highest quality of services for our patients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience with reception, clerical duties, or cash register preferred.
• CPR for Healthcare Providers.
• First Aid certification required.
• Must have good critical thinking, problem-solving, multitasking, customer service, and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs various administrative duties to ensure the efficient operation of the physical therapy clinic. Primarily performs clerical and reception duties, office management, scheduling, and insurance authorizations. Functions as the key communications source and requisitions supplies, equipment, and services as directed.
