Marketing Graphic Designer

Dinan Capital Advisors is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to support and elevate the firm’s visual brand across all marketing channels in our Phoenix, AZ headquarters. This role is ideal for a designer with 2–5 years of experience producing high-quality, corporate-facing design work. You’ll play a key role in translating complex financial and marketing concepts into clean, compelling visuals—from presentations and reports to digital campaigns and branded materials. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio of professional design work, a sharp eye for detail, and experience working within established brand systems. Primary Responsibilities Marketing & Brand Design Design high-quality marketing materials including one-pagers, reports, email graphics, and social media assets Translate complex business and financial content into visually engaging, easy-to-understand layouts Ensure consistency across all materials in alignment with Dinan’s brand guidelines Contribute to ongoing refinement and evolution of the Dinan brand Presentation & Client Materials Create and refine PowerPoint presentations used in client meetings and business development Improve visual storytelling, layout structure, and overall polish of firm materials Digital & Campaign Support Design assets for email marketing campaigns, website updates, and social media Repurpose long-form content (e.g., reports, insights) into visual formats Support light video or motion graphics work Work closely with the Marketing Manager and broader team to execute on campaign ideas Provide input on design direction, layout improvements, and visual strategy Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field 2+ years of professional graphic design experience Strong portfolio preferably showcasing corporate, B2B, or professional services design work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required; Premiere/After Effects a plus) Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy Basic understanding of marketing channels (email, web, social) Familiarity with brand systems and maintaining consistency across multiple touchpoints Experience designing for financial services, consulting, or other professional services firms preferred Experience working within tools like HubSpot or similar platforms preferred Compensation Competitive salary plus bonus potential and benefits package Good work/life balance in a comfortable working environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Dinan & Company, LLC
