SSM Health Executive Health provides: Annual first responder physicals (serving >75% of fire departments and paramedics in the metro area) Immigration physicals (immigrants seeking their visa) How the schedule flows: First responders: crews scheduled in 3-4 hour blocks, including comprehensive testing, fitness evaluations, and physician consultation Physicians alternate scheduled days between three offices during the week: SSM Health DePaul Hospital, SSM Health St. Clare Hospital - Fenton, and Wentzville Key Responsibilities: Perform annual first responder physicals, including review of testing, fitness evaluation results, and physician consultation Conduct immigration physicals for immigrants seeking visa requirements Qualifications: Board eligible/board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (or aligned training/experience) Required: Obtain CDL and Civil Servant certifications (expenses reimbursed by the practice) If you're looking for a practice where you can focus on meaningful visits, deliver exceptional preventive care, and avoid the traditional panel/inbox burden this is your opportunity.
