What You'll Do

• Assist in the production of metal roofing panels, trim, and building components
• Operate production equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Measure, inspect, and verify products to ensure quality standards are met
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility
• Follow production schedules and work orders to meet customer deadlines
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work alongside team members to keep production running smoothly
• Identify and communicate equipment issues, material shortages, or quality concerns
