Bank Branch Manager, Retail Banking

We are looking for a BANK BRANCH MANAGER, RETAIL BANKING responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Manage the administration and efficient daily operations of a full-service bank branch, including operations, customer service, product sales, security, and safety.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop branch staff.
• Develop and execute sales strategies while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Monitor branch performance and business trends.
• Ensure the overall profitability and operational success of the branch.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a customer-centric culture.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

• Proven sales ability with a demonstrated track record of branch growth.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a banking branch environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of branch management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing complex business and consumer accounts.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience in hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of employees.
• Active involvement in local business organizations (e.g., Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce, etc.) is preferred.
• Notary Public certification is preferred.

Pay Rate Range: $74,880 -107,000 year Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
