Job Title: QA Testing - Guidewire Policy CentreWork Location: Philadelphia, PA (Remote)Primary Technical Skills (Must Have):Extensive hands-on QA experience on the Policy Centre and Integration modulesProven expertise in QA strategy test planning test case design traceability defect management Handson experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps JIRA or ALMProven ability to lead QA delivery in an Agile goal driven environment including in sprint and regression testingExcellent communication skills with demonstrated experience collaborating with clients and leading onshore and offshore QA teamsStrong domain knowledge of Insurance processes and lifecycleSecondary Technical Skills (Nice to Have Skills, Not Mandatory):Experience collaborating with distributed offshore teams and coordinating multilocation test executionExposure to Duck Creek OnDemand cloud deployments and upgrade modernization testing programsExperience testing integrationsWorking knowledge of SQL XML and data validation backend testing techniquesExperience with test automation frameworks Selenium Playwright or equivalent and CICD integrated automated testingAbility to lead UAT support client walkthroughs and quality review workshops with strong presentation skills
