Who We're Looking For

We're looking for experienced, producing real estate agents who are confident managing transactions, building client relationships, and converting opportunities into closed deals.

Our Ideal Candidate:

1. Holds an active California Real Estate License
2. Has prior residential real estate transaction and closing experience
3. Has a proven ability to work with buyers and sellers independently
4. Is comfortable following up with leads and converting prospects into clients
5. Is self-motivated, professional, and committed to growing their business
6. Values collaboration, communication, and a supportive team environment

This opportunity is best suited for agents with previous transaction experience who are ready to increase their production, rather than individuals just entering the industry.
