Quality Inspector

Our client, an automotive manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector , you will be part of the Quality Control Department supporting production teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location: Louisville, KY

Pay Range: $17- $18

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of automotive parts and assemblies.
• Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming materials.
• Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
• Utilize measuring equipment such as calipers, gauges, and templates.
• Complete quality documentation and inspection reports accurately.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and inspect products for extended periods.
