Job Title: Oracle Fusion Cloud - (Supply Chain Management & Manufacturing Consultant Lead)


Location: Local to Bay Area or SFO (Remote but needed to be in office for meetings when called)
Duration : 6 to 12 Months

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities


At least 2 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management & Manufacturing modules

1. Analyze Customer's business processes and help clients transform their business processes with Industry and Oracle best practices
2. Perform Product gap-fit and drive maximum leverage of OOTB capabilities of Oracle and pave pathways for transformation around people and process to leverage product best practices and standard functionality and drive development only for real competitive advantage and unique scenarios
3. Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud - SCM & Manufacturing Cloud applications implementation experience across at least Supply Planning, Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement , Logistics
4. Design, prototype and iterate solutions through hands-on configurations in Oracle.
5. Understand and apply implementation methodologies to design, build, document, and test the Oracle Fusion Cloud system
6. Determine integration requirements and design a unified strategy for the overall reference architecture working in unison with the Oracle Fusion Cloud system
7. Lead and train consultants on Oracle Fusion Cloud applications implementation capabilities as needed by the project.
8. Plan and execute workshop sessions with clients' business partners to model, design, and build business solutions.
9. Collaborate with Client's business and technology and operations teams to define requirements and architect and design and deliver projects from inception through delivery, including status updates, scope changes.
10. Respond to issues and incidents and provide day-to-day administration and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM applications
11. Expert in Oracle Master data in manufacturing domain; experience with supply chain business processes, including Forecast-to-Plan, Plan-to-build, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay
12. Experience in agile and modern enterprise practices on software management in cloud-based (SaaS) technology
13. Develop Detailed Functional specifications, test cases from user stories, use cases, and requirements documentation
14. Implement the Oracle Fusion Cloud use cases
15. Position relevant solutions to the target STL customers
16. Deliver proofs of concept/technology/Business Solutions
17. Provide consulting and strategic services delivery

Skills, Knowledge, Special Attributes, Mobility:
Experience in working as part of larger geographic teams and the ability to work in teams with different cultural backgrounds
Professional Oracle Cloud certification is strongly desirable, such as Oracle Cost Management Cloud 2022 Certified Implementation Professional Certification

Experience & Education:
Qualifications & Critical Exposure to Perform the Job at the Optimum Level
10 to 15 + years of experience

1. 5 years of implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud - SCM & Manufacturing Cloud applications with specific experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Manufacturing , Inventory, Logistics, procurement, Order management, Planning implementation
2. At least 2 full cycle projects implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud - SCM & Manufacturing Cloud applications (Mandatory requirement on Experience).
