This opportunity will allow you to lead major commercial projects for some of the most well-known and established clients in the region. The company has a strong pipeline of negotiated and repeat business across Texas. There is nothing boring about the work - each project is unique, challenging, and keeps your interest from preconstruction through project delivery. You will work with industry leaders in design, engineering, construction, subcontractor, and owner communities. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience leading mid- to large-sized commercial projects in major markets. A stable work history with Top ENR construction companies is required. Responsibilities Site planning Scheduling and oversight of scheduling Quality Control Safety Compliance Subcontractor oversight Qualifications 10+ years of Field Operations or Superintendent experience Strong leadership skills Project experience in the commercial sector with projects $50M or greater This opportunity offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $140,000 – $180,000 , plus company truck, fuel, terrific bonus, and full benefits package .
