Job Title: General Laborer Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to manage composite site clean-up on a new construction commercial project. This role involves ensuring the job site is clean and safe, including tasks such as sweeping, organizing, lifting heavy objects, stacking pallets, disposing of construction debris, offloading material deliveries, and maintaining the site's order.

• Sweep and organize the job site.
• Lift and move heavy objects as needed.
• Stack pallets and dispose of construction debris.
• Offload material deliveries.
• Ensure the job site is clean and safe.

• Experience in construction.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting.

• Punctuality and reliability.

Work takes place outside in a non-temperature-controlled environment, with shifts running from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract position based out of Tampa, FL.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
