About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night and Day Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an Emergency Room License: State RN Licensure Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Proven experience in a high-acuity environment - Ability to float between facilities as required - Strong assessment and clinical skills Description: Responsible for providing direct patient care to specific patient populations effectively using the nursing process. Serves as a patient advocate. Effectively coordinates care. Promotes safety and clinical quality in daily practice. This position will be a true float position. The traveler will float 100% of the time. Weekend rotation and on-call shifts are required. Travelers will be notified 2 hours prior to their start time where they should report. Candidates must have experience in various emergency situations. Experience working with patient populations across all ages is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively is required. Must be willing to adapt to changing situations and environments.
