Mindcolor Autism is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing clinical team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children, making a daily impact, and growing within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) while being supported by a collaborative and mission-driven team.

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each learner
• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills
• Utilize evidence-based strategies to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction
• Collect and record accurate data to track progress and inform clinical decisions
• Collaborate with your BCBA and clinical team
• Communicate professionally with caregivers
• Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging environment

• Approximately 80% of your time spent in direct client care
• Approximately 20% dedicated to documentation, session notes, and preparation
• Ongoing training, feedback, and professional development
• Supporting both skill-building and behavior management in a structured setting

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• RBT certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
• Experience working with children (ABA or developmental experience preferred)
• CPR and First Aid certification (within 30 days of hire)
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability (up to 40 hours/week)
• Comfortable with physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to support personal care needs when necessary
• Comfort working with challenging behaviors in a safe and supportive manner
