POC: BrendaJob Title Technology Lead | Java | Java - ALL with AI experienceWork Location & Reporting Address Plano TX 75024Vendor Rate 74.00Contract duration 6Key ResponsibilitiesFull Stack DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot) for backend and React for frontend.Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot and/or Node.js.Develop responsive, performant, and user-friendly UI components using modern React frameworks and libraries.Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.AI-Driven SDLC AccelerationLeverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, code assistants, automated testing tools) to:Accelerate code generation and refactoringImprove code quality and documentationBoost productivity in design, development, and testing phasesImplement AI-assisted test automation, bug detection, and CI/CD enhancements.Champion adoption of AI best practices across development workflows.DevOps & QualityContribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release processes.Ensure best practices for code quality, security, and maintainability.Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.Required QualificationsBachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.8+ years of experience in full stack development.Strong proficiency in:Java / Spring BootReact.js (Hooks, Redux, modern patterns)Node.jsExperience building RESTful APIs and microservices.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).AI & Modern Engineering Skills (Required)Practical experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)Familiarity with integrating AI into SDLC processes such as:Code generationAutomated testingDocumentationDebuggingUnderstanding of how AI improves developer productivity and software quality.
