Family Medicine / Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - Tucson (Part-Time)

What You Will Do Comprehensive Care Management: Develop treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions, focusing on holistic patient outcomes. Preventive Health Education: Guide patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices to foster long-term wellness. Lifecycle Health Promotion: Adapt health strategies to accommodate the aging process. Diagnostic and Evaluation Expertise: Perform thorough exams and evaluations to diagnose and monitor health concerns. Prescriptive Authority: Utilize your expertise to prescribe medications effectively and safely. Leadership and Independence: Lead healthcare initiatives and manage patient care with autonomy. What We Need From You Master’s degree in nursing. Current Arizona Nurse Practitioner licensure. Board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, with current DEA and ANCC certifications. Experience using electronic medical records. Current BLS and a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card. 1–3 years of Family Practice, Primary Care, or related Nurse Practitioner experience. Prior experience in an integrated care setting is a plus. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and time management skills. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
