Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current or eligible Indiana SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
• Strong understanding of IEP process and special education practices
• Ability to adapt strategies for diverse student needs
• Excellent communication and organization skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify students’ speech and language needs within a school setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students, documenting progress regularly
• Participate in multi-disciplinary teams, contributing to IEP meetings and collaborating with educators and families
• Maintain accurate records and meet state and federal compliance requirements
• Offer guidance and support to school staff regarding communication disorders and interventions
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging therapy environment
