Aesthetic Practice Manager Location: Charlotte, NC Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $70,000-$75,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus potentail Experience Required: 3+ Years in Med Spa, Plastic Surgery or other Aesthetic Practice Management About Us We are a highly reputable plastic surgery and medical aesthetics practice known for excellence in patient care and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a seasoned Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations. Position Overview The Practice Manager will oversee daily business operations, team performance, and client satisfaction in our high-volume practice. The ideal candidate has a strong leadership presence, a deep understanding of the aesthetics industry, and a proven track record of growing and managing successful teams and practices. Key Responsibilities Oversee and optimize daily operations within location Lead, train, and support front desk staff, providers, and support teams Ensure consistent, high-quality client experiences and satisfaction; ensure patient journey is positive and seamless Manage schedules, systems, inventory, and vendor relationships Meet and exceed all monthly service and retail goals; coach team to meet and exceed goals Track individual and team sales performance and other KPIsMonitor and report KPIs and implement strategies to improve revenue, retention, and operational efficiency Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company protocols Support business development, marketing campaigns, and client outreach Act as a liaison between ownership and staff; collaborate with ownership to identify areas of opportunity and execute on ideas Implement and improve systems and processes Hire, onboard, and train staff; implement corrective actions or terminations as needed Focus on revenue growth Support sales process including oversight of lead management and conversion, and close consultations Administrative duties including payroll calculation and submission, tracking of PTO or other benefits, receptionist duties when necessary Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a plastic surgery practice or medical spa Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication, organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities Strong business acumen and financial literacy Deep knowledge of aesthetic treatments and services Professional, polished, and patient-friendly demeanor Collaborative, coachable, positive demeanor Ability to perform and make decisions both independently and in collaboration with ownership Managerial experience in a plastic surgery or other aesthetic practice is strongly preferred What We Offer Competitive salary:$70,000-75,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus potential Opportunity to manage a fast-pasted environment with professionalism and positivity Ability to have a direct impact on the growth of the business and team A reputable practice that is open to great ideas to continuously improve on the strong foundation we’ve built #J-18808-Ljbffr Diamond Accelerator
