What You'll Do

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental needs, following individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Turn learning goals into engaging, play-based sessions that build communication, social, daily living, and play skills
• Implement behavior intervention plans with consistency, patience, and care
• Collect accurate session data and write clear, timely session notes
• Partner with families and caregivers, modeling strategies that support progress at home
• Take part in regular supervision and feedback with your BCBA, and share observations that help shape each child's plan
• Uphold the BACB Ethics Code and protect client confidentiality at all times

What You Bring

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB (or the willingness to earn it within 45 days of hire; we'll support you through the process)
• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus
• Experience working with children, ideally in ABA, special education, childcare, or a similar setting
• A warm, patient, and upbeat presence, along with the reliability families can count on
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn from feedback
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation (for in-home or community sessions)
• Ability to sit on the floor, move quickly, and keep up with active kids
