This is a unique opportunity to be part of a collaborative care team that provides round-the-clock support to a single client in their home-ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity every hour of the day. What Is Private Duty 24/7 Care? Private duty 24/7 care involves providing non-medical, personalized assistance to clients who require constant supervision and support. This includes help with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility assistance, companionship, and more. Unlike facility-based care, this service is delivered in the client's home, allowing them to maintain independence in a familiar environment. Because the care is continuous, it requires a team of caregivers working in coordinated shifts - typically 8- or 12-hour blocks to ensure seamless coverage. Each caregiver plays a vital role in maintaining consistency, building trust, and responding to the evolving needs of the client.
