Position Summary
The Dietary Aide assists with meal preparation, meal service, dishwashing, sanitation, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining experience for residents and guests.
What You'll Do
- Prepare dining rooms and serving areas for meals
- Deliver meals and beverages to residents in a friendly and timely manner
- Assist residents during meal service as needed
- Follow therapeutic diets and meal service instructions
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the department
- Store food and supplies properly according to regulations
- Work collaboratively with dietary staff, nursing staff, and leadership
- Help create a positive dining experience that promotes resident satisfaction
What We're Looking For

- Dependable and punctual team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Previous dietary or food service experience preferred but not required
