Psychiatric Rehabilitation SpecialistThe Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist is a key member of an interdisciplinary clinical team, providing oversight and supervision while delivering clinical care and treatment planning. They coordinate and direct clinical activities, staff training, and ensure quality assurance. Assessing psychosocial needs, engaging clients, and providing rehabilitative services are central to their role. The Specialist contributes to program decision-making and regularly provides clinical supervision.
