Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure business goals are being met
• Lead daily operations to ensure all standards are being met
• Complete business projects and strategic initiatives
• Ensure hospitality standards are met
• Train new hires and execute recurring training
• Support the business Mission and Core behaviors
• Lead key areas of the operation to support the leader-in-charge
• Lead shifts while performing open/close the restaurant, and manage administrative duties

• Proven leadership experience: effectively leading others and teams well
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A proven commitment to excellence & loyalty
• Experience and references supporting the ability to lead others well
• Reliable transportation
• Strong time-management and operational skills
• Bilingual preference (not required)
