Physical Therapist

Physical TherapistWe are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our healthcare team. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and enhance overall quality of life. This role works collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to support patients across a variety of care settings.Key Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments to determine functional limitations and treatment goalsDevelop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plansProvide therapeutic interventions including exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, and patient educationMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomesEducate patients and families on treatment goals, home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery expectationsMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility requirementsCollaborate with physicians, nursing staff, case management, and other rehabilitation professionalsEnsure compliance with all safety, quality, and patient care standardsQualifications:Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited programCurrent Physical Therapist licensure (or eligibility) in the applicable stateBLS certification preferred or required based on facility guidelinesStrong communication, interpersonal, and clinical decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and within a multidisciplinary teamPreferred Experience:Previous experience in acute care, outpatient, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or orthopedic settings preferredExperience with EMR documentation systems preferredSchedule & Compensation:Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities may be availableCompetitive compensation based on experienceComprehensive benefits package may include medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, and continuing education assistance
