Part-Time: 7A-3P, 3P-11P, 11P-7A
Full-Time 3P-11P & 11P-7A

Scott Lake Health and Rehabilitation is a 120-bed state-of-the-art Skilled Nursing facility that specializes in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. We are dedicated to providing each patient with quality services, personalized care and outstanding customer service. We accomplish this through our focus on the individual needs of each patient and a successful partnership with their family, physician, and fellow providers.

This role requires Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening.

Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Main Duties and Critical Tasks:

Care for multiple residents in the facility.Observe Resident Rights
Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents
Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents
Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision
Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality
Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Required Education and Experience:
Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) license in the state of practice and employment
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel
