Conduct regular Layered Process Audits (LPA), Workstation Audits, 5S Audits, Operator Audits, and Process Audits. Communicate project status, technical issues, action plans, risks, and support needs to leadership and cross-functional teams. Maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor to support operators, verify process performance, and ensure improvements are effective. Core Expectations Take ownership of assigned production lines and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. Prioritize work based on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and overall business impact. Use production data to make decisions and validate solutions rather than relying on assumptions. Follow through on commitments and drive action items to completion. Escalate roadblocks early and communicate progress, risks, and support needs proactively. Build strong working relationships with Production, Maintenance, Controls, Quality, and other support groups. Demonstrate initiative by identifying and solving problems with minimal direction. Balance multiple priorities while consistently meeting commitments and deadlines.
