Growth-Driven Paid Media Specialist

SWTHZ is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and affiliates. You will work with our Performance Marketing Manager to drive CPA targets and fill studios with members. You will monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR and CVR, refine creative, run A/B tests, build dashboards, and support local launches. Proficiency in GA, Meta Business Suite, and Excel is required; wellness/franchise passion is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
