Multi-Unit General Manager – Mt. Laurel, NJ 

Salary: Up to $90,000 

 

Position Summary 

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Unit General Manager to oversee the performance of multiple Quick Service Restaurant locations in the Mt. Laurel, NJ market. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving operational consistency, developing high-performing management teams, and delivering strong financial results while maintaining exceptional guest experiences across all restaurants.

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistency in service, food quality, and brand standards.  
• Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers and management teams to drive accountability and performance.  
• Analyze financial performance, including P&L, labor, and food costs, and implement strategies to improve profitability.  
• Establish and enforce operational systems, processes, and best practices to support efficiency and scalability.  
• Drive revenue growth through local marketing initiatives, operational improvements, and guest experience enhancements.  
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate performance, coach teams, and ensure execution of company standards.  
• Oversee staffing strategies, including recruiting, training, and retention across all locations.  
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.  
• Partner with ownership and senior leadership on strategic planning, expansion, and new store openings.  
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve overall performance.  

Qualifications 

• Minimum 7 years of restaurant management experience, including multi-unit leadership.  
• Previous Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience is required.  
• Proven track record of managing multiple P&Ls and driving financial performance.  
• Strong leadership and team development skills in a high-volume environment.  
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growing organization.  
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.  
• Knowledge of food safety standards and local health regulations.  
• Willingness to travel between restaurant locations as needed.

Compensation 

• Base salary up to $90,000, based on experience.
