Part-Time Retail Sales Representative

Compensation $15.00 - $16.60/hour Title Part-Time Retail Sales Representative Location Franklin Park, IL Job Description The Wireless Vision T‑Mobile Premium Retailer is looking for a Retail Sales Representative who is excited by the latest technology trends and is skilled at connecting with people. Your Talents Provide exceptional customer service, greet customers, answer phones and assess needs. Exceed monthly revenue goals by acquiring new accounts and maximizing existing ones. Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business, such as outbound calling, community involvement, outreach programs and brand promotion inside and outside the store. Assist with all functions within a retail store in compliance with Wireless Vision policies and procedures. Work with store management on opening, closing and operating the facility, including cash handling, inventory counts and deposits as governed by operations control standards. Complete accurate paperwork and transactions according to company policies and procedures. Share customer experience with the team and management. Maintain store appearance, back room, restrooms and work area according to retail store standards. Assist customers with service activations, changes, bill payments, equipment replacement, accessory sales and process price plan changes and upgrades. Build customer confidence by making the experience comfortable and simple while meeting their needs. Engage in service selling and fit the customer with the appropriate total technology solution. Assist in other tasks, duties or projects as assigned by management. Your Experience Minimum 6 months experience in retail or a customer‑focused environment. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays. Professional, energetic and positive attitude. Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communication skills. Completed high school diploma or GED. Bilingual preferred in certain locations. Ability to stand for up to 9 hours on the sales floor. Ability to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
