Day to day, that means:Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), guided by individualized treatment plansBuilding skills through play, connection, and the kind of presence that helps a child feel safe enough to tryTracking progress and documenting sessions using ABA technologyCreating a safe, positive environment for every child you work withPreparing for your RBT certification exam within your first 45 daysWhat We Offer:Competitive PayNo RBT yet? Start at $17.00–$18.00/hour with paid training to become an RBT in 45 daysRBT certified?
