Job Overview As a Warehouse Colleague, you will be a critical member of our Supply Chain team, driving success across the organization using a Four Pillars Strategy: Organizational Excellence, Building & Developing the Team, Financial Acumen, and Integrating with our Community. You will perform essential online order processes for Macy's and Bloomingdale's customers. Full‑time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part‑time colleagues are scheduled 12–24 hours per week. Technology: Operate PCs, handheld computers, radio frequency equipment, or other devices efficiently, learning area‑specific functions within multiple systems. Equipment: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment as required. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment; communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and People Leaders; read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English. Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, ensuring authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities. Who You Are No education or experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors. Ability to read, understand, and interpret employment policies, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals in English. Self‑starter who adapts quickly to changing customer expectations and needs. Proficient in using computers and handheld technology. Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with reliable attendance and punctuality. Essential Physical Requirements Prolonged walking and standing up to the duration of the scheduled shift (excluding breaks). Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic equipment. Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping, and color vision. Lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs. Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Ability to hear and see safety/emergency alarms and Power Industrial Truck (PIT) warning devices for safety on the warehouse floor. Supply Chain Only Random drug testing will be conducted monthly or semi‑monthly depending on facility size and colleague count.
