Registered Nurse - NICU

Role Overview The Registered Nurse in the NICU provides specialized patient care in a Level 3B NICU setting, under the supervision of the Director or Manager. Responsibilities Deliver nursing care in accordance with hospital policies, state laws, ANA standards, and unit protocols. Support families and manage complex critical care situations with professionalism and composure. Coordinate patient care, assume accountability, and collaborate with healthcare teams. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current RN license in applicable state(s) or active compact license. BLS certification required; NRP certification to be obtained within six months. Minimum of one year of nursing experience; previous NICU or critical care experience preferred.
