This role is well-suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, critical care environment and are passionate about providing exceptional care to vulnerable patients. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to neonates and their families in the NICU. Monitor and assess patients' conditions, making necessary adjustments to care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Provide education and support to families regarding the care of their infants. Document patient information and care provided accurately and timely. Qualifications Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN). Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a NICU setting. Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances. Schedule and Location This travel position requires a night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM. The role is located in Rapides, LA.
