Salary: $100,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Role Overview: As the Reliability Manager, you will take charge of critical projects and oversee all aspects of the reliability program from conception to completion. This position demands a blend of strategic foresight and hands-on leadership to ensure projects not only meet but surpass their goals, staying within budget and schedule constraints. Your mission will be to infuse reliability into every phase, driving your team toward excellence in every endeavor. Utilizing advanced CAE tools like Solidworks, MATLAB, and LabView, along with Minitab, EES, CFD, and FEA, you will analyze and interpret project data, oversee reliability activities, formulate test plans, conduct FMEA, and analyze warranty data.

Ideal Candidate Profile: An engineering savant with a BS, MS, or PhD in Engineering or a closely related field, boasting significant post-graduate experience. With over 10 years of professional experience in engineering, including at least 4 years in leadership, you are a strategic thinker with robust analytical skills, adept at managing complex projects within set timelines and budgets. Known for your ability to communicate effectively and motivate those around you, you maintain significant scientific and technical expertise and have a proven track record in project management.
