Job Description
This first-shift Laborer role focuses on building construction trusses and wall panels in a manufacturing environment. You will work with a small team to identify materials, measure and place components, and assemble structures while performing regular bending, lifting, and material handling throughout the workday.

Work takes place indoors in a warehouse-style manufacturing facility focused on constructing trusses and wall panels. You will work in small teams of 3-4 people and be part of an inclusive culture that welcomes individuals with diverse life experiences. The position is physically active, involving regular standing, squatting, bending, lifting, and moving materials. The schedule is first shift, running from 5:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a morning break from 9:00 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. and a lunch break from 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. Appropriate work attire is required for a warehouse and construction environment, supporting safety and comfort while performing hands-on tasks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Job Description

You will work with a small team to identify materials, measure and place components, and assemble structures while performing regular bending, lifting, and material handling throughout the workday.
Responsibilities
- Construct trusses and wall panels according to production specifications and safety standards.
- Identify appropriate materials for each project and ensure they are correctly selected and prepared.
- Accurately measure lumber and other materials using a tape measure to support precise assembly.
- Place, align, and secure components to build complete trusses and wall panels.
- Use basic hand tools safely and effectively during cutting, fastening, and assembly tasks.
- Lift, carry, and move materials throughout the worksite as needed to support production flow.
- Perform general labor and production duties to maintain consistent output and meet daily targets.
- Stand, bend, squat, and move continuously during the shift to complete assigned tasks.
- Work cooperatively in small teams of 3-4 people to complete projects efficiently.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand, squat, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
- Basic experience using hand tools in a construction or production setting.
- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
- Comfort working in a general labor and production environment.
- Reliability in maintaining consistent attendance for first-shift hours.
