NC Pre‑K Lead Teacher (Teacher III) Union County Community Action, Inc. Multiple Work Locations – Wadesboro, Anson County, NC UCCA is seeking passionate early childhood educators to lead NC Pre‑K classrooms serving preschool‑aged children. The Teacher creates engaging learning environments that support children’s academic, social, emotional, and physical development while promoting school readiness and family engagement. Starting Rate: Up to $28 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30am‑3:30pm (40 hours/week) Why Join UCCA? Physical Requirements Must be able to actively supervise preschool‑aged children, move throughout classroom and outdoor learning environments, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
