Financial Advisor - PNC Wealth Management

As a Financial Advisor within PNC Wealth Management, you will be based in Gilbert, AZ and work within a highly collaborative circuit of branches managing an assigned book of business. The role focuses on helping clients meet savings, investing and retirement goals through personalized solutions. Job Description Consult on investment and insurance strategies and develop financial plans for clients. Grow and retain an investment and insurance book of business. Own the client experience, efficiently handling sales and service, identifying and executing opportunities, and making referrals to internal partners as appropriate. Acquire, expand and maintain client relationships through business development and client networking. Grow client loyalty and share of wallet through an exceptional client experience. Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve client problems efficiently. Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies for clients, determining best products to support those strategies. Present sound financial recommendations and guidance to clients. Establish individual financial plans based on client needs and objectives. Monitor financial plans and recommend changes as needed. Actively coach and educate branch staff and internal partners to identify investment opportunities. Drive investment education and visibility among branch staff. Lead the branch team, in partnership with the branch manager or investment sales associate, to achieve investment results. Show urgency with activities and lead by example. Maintain regular, effective communication with internal and external partners to build strong relationships that drive referral activity. Regularly meet with branch manager and other partners to review business results and pipeline management. Meet service level agreements on lead and referral follow‑up. Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, policies and guidelines. Qualifications Preferred Skills: Client Prospecting, Client Relationship Building, Credit Risk Analysis, Customer Engagement, Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling, Investment Banking, Public Speaking, Relationship Building, Relationship Management, Coaching Others, Customer Experience Management, Customer Retention, Effective Communications, Interpersonal Relationships, Managing Multiple Priorities, Prospecting, Sales Tasks And Activities, Selling. Work Experience: 2+ years of relevant professional experience, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience (including military service) considered. Education: Bachelor’s degree. Licenses: FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63, 65) required; Life and Health Insurance required.
