This opportunity seeks three experienced pharmacists for contract assignments lasting 4 to 8 weeks at a pharmacy location in Moorestown, New Jersey. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and safety of medication dispensing, regulatory compliance, and team supervision within a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform final verification of medications to guarantee accuracy and patient safety.
- Oversee the medication fulfillment process while ensuring adherence to all pharmacy regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to pharmacy technicians throughout the shift.
- Monitor patients' medication therapy and collaborate proactively with healthcare providers as needed.
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Active pharmacist license in good standing with the state of New Jersey.
- Experience in long-term care or mail-order pharmacy settings is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage the team.
