Franchise Business Coach

Our Franchise Business Coaches play a critical role in strengthening the success of our franchise partners by supporting business operations, driving performance, and coaching ownership teams to achieve their growth goals. What You Will Do Build strong, trusting relationships that influence operational execution and profitability Provide coaching and support through regular calls and on-site visits Help resolve customer issues and elevate the client experience Support franchise owners in budgeting, financial reviews, and profit analysis Help owners understand required staffing levels and assist in recruiting and training support Train franchisees and their teams on sales systems to increase revenue Ensure compliance with brand standards and the Franchise Agreement Provide guidance on operational excellence and business development Onboard new franchise partners to exceed first-year sales and profitability goals Lead or contribute to training sessions, onsite coaching, and national meetings Utilize business reporting tools, including monthly Profit and Loss reviews and year-over-year revenue tracking Serve as a brand ambassador and communications link between franchise owners and the home office team Who You Are Experience supporting franchise operations with proven ability to guide others to success Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in presenting to groups Ability to motivate and influence franchise owners through accountability and partnership Proficiency in financial analysis and operational performance metrics Strong organization and project management capabilities Commitment to continuous improvement and helping others grow Education and Experience Associate degree or 2+ years of relevant business experience required Bachelor's degree and previous franchise or home-services industry experience preferred What Success Looks Like Franchise partners consistently achieve sales, marketing, and profit targets Strong franchise engagement and adoption of GarageExperts systems Visible improvements in customer satisfaction and performance metrics Franchisees who feel supported, confident, and connected Location and Travel In office in Grapevine, TX, or Remote, depending on location Travel may be up to 25 percent of business time Why GarageExperts Growing category with strong demand Entrepreneurial culture with opportunity to influence national brand success Mission-driven team committed to helping franchise owners win Ability to see your impact firsthand in the field Employee Perks Competitive Compensation: We offer market-driven pay to attract and retain top talent.
