Procurement Associate
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting procurement operations, the part-time Procurement Associate will manage stakeholder requests, resolve invoice exceptions, and coordinate with suppliers while working remotely on a contract basis. Key responsibilities Support stakeholder requests related to procurement transactions, vendor onboarding, and purchasing processes Investigate and resolve invoice, receiving, and purchase order exceptions in collaboration with Accounts Payable and business partners Monitor open purchase orders and proactively resolve issues that may impact supply continuity Required qualifications Associates Degree with 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, customer service, or a related operational role Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, S4 Hana, or equivalent) preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications
