Registered Nurse Outpatient Wound

HealthONE seeks a skilled Registered Nurse for our outpatient wound care clinic in Denver. In this PRN role, you’ll assess and treat acute and chronic wounds, perform debridement and specialized dressings, administer medications, and monitor healing progress. You’ll collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create and adjust care plans, educate patients and families on wound care and prevention, and document in the EMR.
