Territory Business Manager, Service (North Carolina and South Carolina Territory)

Overview Your role at Baxter THIS IS WHERE you build trust to achieve results! As a Territory Business Manager, you will represent Baxter and our products, building relationships with doctors and nurses and forming trust with the healthcare professionals who use Baxter solutions. You will be a key partner in delivering value and quality to patients. Home Base: Preferred Charleston SC, Charlotte or Durham NC. Territory: North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. What you’ll be doing Responsible for the profitable growth and expansion of the service sales portfolio while maintaining the existing installed base. Build successful collaborative relationships both internally and externally. Collaborate with internal business partners to strategically leverage the service portfolio and create optimal customer and HRC solutions. Identify and influence key decision makers at multiple levels within healthcare facilities to create partnerships and demonstrate the value of Baxter service solutions. Actively identify new profitable revenue growth opportunities and drive toward timely closure. Strengthen customer relationships throughout all levels and departments to maintain and grow current revenue base. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales targeting plan to achieve a dynamic sales funnel and facilitate growth expectations within the assigned territory. Use CRM (SalesForce.com) daily to document and manage the sales funnel, maintain customer contact data, meeting notes, and sales progression. Drive profitable sales growth of all service solutions, including long‑term service agreements, repair services, and OEM parts. Demonstrate an effective understanding of competitive action in the assigned territory and develop a plan to address problem areas. Prepare, analyze and develop an overall solution for new sales. Draw on resources to ensure profitability of proposals and implementation plans. Conduct negotiations with healthcare providers to finalize sales. Work collaboratively with other sales contributors, service, and corporate partners to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Facilitate the inventory and assessment of customer‑owned equipment prior to implementing service agreements. Maintain individual industry regulatory knowledge as well as technical product knowledge to support customer education. What You’ll Bring Strong understanding of the solutions selling process. Ability to build successful high‑level relationships. Proven influencing skills – adept at understanding the needs of and influencing personnel ranging from nurses to C‑level decision makers. Strong planning, organization, and communication skills. Demonstrated analytical skills to effectively track sales activity, develop sales plans, understand local market competitive trends, and complete the analysis of sales deals. The estimated base pay range for this position is $60,000 – $82,500 annually, with additional opportunity to earn sales incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals. The range is intended to reflect an anticipated salary based on market data and other factors. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
