Role Description This is a full-time Real Estate Agent role based in the Greenville–Spartanburg–Anderson, South Carolina area, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for some work from home. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, including conducting property showings, hosting open houses, preparing comparative market analyses, and guiding clients through pricing, offers, and negotiations. The role involves managing listings, coordinating photography and marketing materials, and ensuring accurate, timely entry of property information into MLS and other platforms. The Real Estate Agent will build and maintain a pipeline of clients through networking, referrals, and local community engagement, while providing responsive customer service and clear communication throughout each transaction. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with lenders, inspectors, and attorneys, monitoring contract deadlines, and supporting clients from initial consultation through closing. Qualifications Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Property laws and regulations in South Carolina. Candidates should possess strong Real Estate market knowledge and experience with residential transactions. Candidates should possess Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques. Candidates should possess advanced Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and relationship-building. Familiarity with MLS systems, real estate CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms is beneficial. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills are required. Ability to work independently, manage a flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends as needed), and collaborate effectively with team members.
