Dialysis Registered Nurse

As a Dialysis Registered Nurse at U.S. Renal Care, you’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients with chronic and acute kidney disease in our outpatient and home dialysis programs. You will assess patient needs, initiate and monitor hemodialysis treatments, administer medications, and respond to complications while maintaining strict infection control and safety standards. Collaborating with nephrologists, technicians, dietitians, and social workers, you’ll develop and implement individualized care plans, educate patients and families on treatment and self-care, and document clinical data accurately in the electronic health record. You’ll help precept and support teammates, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and uphold a culture of respect, integrity, and continuous learning.
