Life Insurance Specialist Jocsan Rendon Farmers Insurance Agency | Palm Desert, CA Base Salary: $60,000 + Commission & Bonuses Target Compensation: $100,000$220,000+ Jocsan Rendon Farmers Insurance Agency in Palm Desert is looking for a Life Insurance Sales Specialist to join a high-performing agency and help individuals, families, and business owners protect their financial future. You will work with clients to identify protection and financial needs and recommend life insurance solutions that help protect their families, income, and businesses.
- Generate new life insurance sales through agency leads, referrals, networking, and prospecting
- Meet with individuals, families, and business owners to identify their insurance and financial protection needs
- Conduct needs-based life insurance consultations
- Recommend appropriate life insurance solutions based on client needs
- Present coverage options and explain policy benefits
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients
- Build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell life insurance to existing property and casualty clients
- Work toward and exceed individual sales goals
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in agency systems
Ideal Candidate We are looking for a Life Insurance professional who is motivated by results and wants the opportunity to build a significant book of life insurance business. Required:
- Active California Life & Health Insurance License
- Proven insurance or financial services sales experience
- Strong prospecting and closing abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust and establish relationships with clients
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable asking questions, identifying needs, and recommending solutions
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Experience selling Life Insurance, Financial Services, Retirement Products, Annuities, or other protection products is strongly preferred. Compensation $60,000 Base Salary $100,000$220,000+ Total Earning Potential Your earning potential is directly tied to your ability to generate and close business.
