We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and inventory management functions. This role is critical to ensuring installation teams have the products, equipment, and materials they need to deliver an exceptional customer experience.The Warehouse Manager will oversee inventory accuracy, receiving and distribution activities, warehouse safety, project staging, purchasing, and facility operations while driving efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement across all warehouse processes. In this role, you will serve as the primary leader for our Warehouse team, reporting directly to the Field Operations Manager. You will oversee inventory accuracy, receiving, shipping, product staging, fleet coordination, and warehouse operations while driving efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement across all processes. A strong focus on operational excellence will be essential.You'll establish inventory controls, monitor key performance metrics, ensure timely product availability, and maintain compliance with company safety standards. You'll also play an active role in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing warehouse personnel to build a high-performing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving logistical challenges, this role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on both team performance and customer satisfaction.What You'll Be Doing:Lead, coach, and support the Warehouse team to ensure safe, efficient, and organized daily operationsMaintain warehouse security, cleanliness, organization, and OSHA-compliant safety standardsOversee inventory management, including cycle counts, inventory accuracy, ORCA administration, and inventory reporting systemsCoordinate and stage materials for upcoming installations, ensuring all products and supplies are available at least 72 hours before scheduled projectsManage receiving, scanning, bin location tracking, and unloading of incoming inventory and product shipmentsPurchase and maintain inventory levels for stock items, specialty materials, consumables, and installation suppliesPartner closely with Production and Operations teams to forecast material, inventory, and equipment needsMonitor project costs by ensuring receipts, invoices, and materials are accurately allocated and trackedMaintain warehouse equipment, company vehicles, and facility operations, including waste management and general upkeepDrive continuous improvement in warehouse processes, inventory control, and operational efficiency while supporting exceptional service to internal teamsWhat We're Looking For:Previous warehouse management, logistics, inventory control, or distribution leadership experienceStrong organizational, leadership, and communication skillsExperience managing inventory systems and warehouse operationsProven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve operational performanceAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesForklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management software systemsTeam-oriented, hands-on leadership styleWhy Join Renewal by Andersen:Competitive base salary with monthly performance-based bonusesComprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life)Financial wellness offerings, including HSA contributions and 401(k)Paid holidays and PTO to recharge and resetEmployee discounts on our premium window and door productsOur culture is built on accountability, collaboration, excellence, integrity, and trust.
