Assistant Administratif - Pôle VOL H/F

Nous recherchons un Assistant Administratif H/F pour intégrer notre équipe sur le pôle VOL à Orléans. Véritable bras droit de l'expert, vous aurez pour rôle de l'appuyer dans la réalisation de sa mission en veillant aux indicateurs liés à son activité et en coordonnant les échanges entre l'expert et les différents interlocuteurs. Vous serez chargé(e) de la gestion administrative et du suivi des dossiers d'expertise du groupe d'experts auquel vous serez rattaché, de la réception du dossier jusqu'à l'envoi du rapport. Responsabilités Gérer un portefeuille de dossiers dans le respect des délais et des attentes des clients. Rédiger et relire des courriers, comptes‑rendus ou rapports d'expertise. Planifier les rendez‑vous et organiser les agendas. Assurer le suivi qualité des dossiers d'expertise. Veiller aux indicateurs liés à l'activité. Assurer la relation client en répondant aux sollicitations des mandants. Profil Issu(e) d'une formation Bac+2 minimum dans les domaines de l'assurance, de la gestion PME/PMI ou assistant(e) de direction, vous disposez idéalement d'une expérience d'au moins un an acquise dans un cabinet d'expertise en assurance. Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre excellente organisation, votre rigueur et votre autonomie, ainsi que pour vos qualités relationnelles et rédactionnelles, notamment une très bonne orthographe. Doté(e) d'un fort esprit d'équipe, vous avez le sens du service, de l'écoute et de la relation client. Conditions CDD de 6 mois. Rémunération : 2173€ brut mensuel (39h) + avantages.
